One of the estate’s standout cuvées, "Barre à Mine," is a testament to their perseverance and passion. The vineyard landscape was so rocky that dynamite had to be used to reduce the size of the rocks to allow planting. The challenging conditions yielded remarkable results, producing Sauvignon Blanc with unparalleled minerality and complexity.
