2023 Castello di Uviglie San Bastiano - Grignolino del Monferrato DOC
Tasting Notes
Light ruby with copper glints. The nose is delicate and inviting, with notes of sour cherry, orange zest, and dried rose. On the palate, it is bright and linear, with firm tannins and high acidity carrying flavors of cranberry, dried herbs, and spice. The finish is clean and grippy, leaving a slightly bitter edge typical of the variety.
