2023 Holocene Pyxis
Tasting Notes
“A truly intriguing Chardonnay with a medium gold-lemon core and a silvery rim. Rich and medium to full-bodied, it greets you with aromas of candied peaches, dried thyme, ripe apple, and a touch of dried pineapple. The amphora aging imparts an elegant texture and depth, making this Chardonnay a standout with its bold yet balanced character. A wine that is sure to intrigue those seeking something beyond the typical Chardonnay profile.” - International Wine Report
